Awesome, I’m glad that the issue’s been identified at least! To clarify, when you say to contact the “provider” about having the mod_security configuration altered, you are referencing the company who I purchased the website license / domain / creator tool from, correct? (In this case we use ShareFaith, who, from my understanding, have created a UI that sits overtop of WordPress and that lets me interact with the website on the admin side).

I sent you an email, but in the meantime I googled the browser debugger thing and realized I know what you are referencing, I just only think of that interface as the developer tools. I attempted the same actions again, and found that there is a 403: Forbidden error occurring during the POST request.

I have attempted deactivating all plugins other than Newsletter, and it does not change the behavior you see in the recording, other than the custom block not being listed there. What browser developer tools are you referring to? Is that something one my end that I can run to see a log or something? I’m the only IT person here, but I do not have a ton of experience with WordPress so I’m still not sure how the debug process works here.
