Would you please:
1: login wordpress as admin

2: In wordpress dashboard, click “Tooltips” menu item

3: If you are using wordpress tooltips pro plus plugin, please click “Optional settings” sub menu item, if you are using wordpress tootlips free plugin, please click “Global settings” sub menu item.

4: Then, in the control panel, you will find the option “Disable Tooltips in H1, H2….,Link”, In the option “Disable Tooltips in H1, H2….,Link”, simply enter “a” in the input text filed.

5: Then, in the front-end, wordpress tooltips plugin will remove tooltip effects from tooltip terms that embedded in the URL-links

You can use shortcode to solve the problem, please check our detailed step by step document at:

The easiest shortcode to use is tooltip_by_id, by this way, you can achieve many complex effects in wordpress tooltips standard WYSWYG editor, and then use tooltip_by_id shortcode to reference the content of the tooltip term into any wordpress post or page. ??

In tooltips pro plus, we have more functions that might potentially help you? for example:

In wordpress post editor, you can disable specific tooltips in the page, or disable specific tooltip categories in a wordpress post…etc

We just installed the plugin you mentioned, we found we can open each tooltips settings panel, and all options works well ??

We found in that plugin, there are many panels, for example, login lockout, force logout, manual approval, disable REST, .htaccess file, delete plugin settings, visitor lockout….etc, and many more options / panels, we will try to test it one by one to find the reason, we will try to solve the conflicts with the plugin, because we have got a few tickets about new feature request, we hope we can finish these functions first and then we will try to check the conflicts with that plugin ??

3: please enable the setting “enable / disable jquery-migrate”, and click update now blue button

4: please enable / disable another option “move inline javascript to the footer”
