Confirmed. I have exact the same problem on
WP 4.3.1
Theme Pinboard
when calling the tag2d-Tag. Using the widget works perfectly.

Error is:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function options_atts() in /home/itfin/prod/html-data/wp-content/plugins/2d-tag-cloud-widget-by-sujin/classes/class.shortcode.php on line 28

Would be great if you can sove it ??

thank you for checking! An additional informations might help:

It looks like the first call of the plugin (after changing the number of tags and saving) works right. Only the second call ao the site – and all after – show the wrong tag number.
