    We strive to provide a great support experience, and it’s great to hear we’ve met the mark. As you noted, troubleshooting can be tricky with so many variables—different hosting platforms, software versions, and plugins all play a role – the list is endless.

    When possible, we request access (such as to a staging site without customer data) to minimize back-and-forth and resolve issues faster. That said, we completely understand if this isn’t an option and will always work with our customers in a way they’re comfortable with.

    We remain committed to keeping customer support in-house, as we believe it leads to better outcomes, even if it means added pressure on our small team. We love what we’ve built and value the personal touch that comes with direct support.

    Hi there,

    You should be able to update directly through wp-admin like any other plugin.

    If you’re not seeing this then it would be likely be an activation issue. You can verify if your plugin is activated by navigating to the HD Wallet Activation section of the plugin.

    If this is not activated then you can add your API key from your My Account page which should activate your license.

    If this is not the case then please reach out to our support team who can help you further.
