Thank you for the support.
I am looking for a positive response from you.Thanks.
Here is the link of the website:
https://www.kumkangrestaurant.co.nzOther plugin I can think of using the popup maybe the Modula plugin.
However, there was no such error when Modula and Popup anything on click plugins are used together.I only can see this error message when the header video feature is used and there is no error message when I switch it to the header image in twenty seventeen theme.
I found that:
1. Deleting popup anything on click shortcode while keeping header video from page – the error is gone
2. Deleting header video while keeping popup anything on click from page – the error is goneI am not an experienced developer so any help would be appreciated.
Thank you. This error happened straight after I activated the plugin and started using it.
I have just installed the Classic Editor to test out if the plugin with the shortcode works there. And yes, the page updated successfully without the ‘Updating Failed’ error with the Classic Editor enabled.
Thanks everyone. I will ignore the fail error for now and wait for the upcoming updates.
Hello, thanks for the update.
Yes the form does show on the front end and the shortcode stays on the page when I come back to the page editor. However, it raises the same error again while I try to update the page while having the short code.
