Login Retry Time Period (min): 5
Time Length of Lockout (min): 60

What values you would suggest?

And locked out IPs are still present in the database. Is this normal?

Activated recommended settings of AIOWPS. Tested in local environment too, same issue. Looks like some feature is causing it.

I will try disabling and re-enabling features of AIOWPS one by one and check which feature is causing the issue. Will report back here.

Yes, when I tried accessing old login URL, it redirected me to the new slug but it was a 404 page. And also I tried disabling other plugins for possible conflicts but still the login URL redirected to 404 page.
