After some testing, My observation is that jetpack is conflicting with the WP Rocket plugin Cloudflare add on option. I turned it off and no jetpack error till now. I hope it helps jetpack as well.

After updating v1.1.0 , both “scan and pay” and “cancel” button are non working in mobile version.

It was working in v1.0.8. I lost a sale due to this issue. Please check robustly in both desktop and mobile. It was great if v1.0.8 is rolled back again or check the underlying issue fixed

Nah! It bugs me again. I am using jetpack with cloudflare since past 2 years without issues. But this issue is frustrating. Pausing the cloudflare and wait for a minute, I don’t get any locked message. No change in server dns. However installed mailpoet plugin recently. Does it interfere with jetpack?

When will we expect update..It is a serious issue. Please consider rolling out fix as early as possible.

Thanks for the reply. Regarding the mail problem, it was identified as host problem. They rectified it.

But I don’t understand the cause of misconfigured reverse proxy. Is it misconfigured from cloudflare or from host side?
It would be helpful to pinpoint the cause for future safety to not locked of my site again in future. Also, I got into my site by deactivating the cloudflare to get past jetpack locked out issue. And then again activating cloudflare.

I am grateful that this plugin is available for free. This plugin helps my customer to chat via WhatsApp directly. It will surely help small businesses like ours when the COVID-19 lockdown will be released.

It is solved automatically with woocommerce 4.1.0 update… Kindly update the plugin on wordpress store.

Yes, this plugin is not working in woocommerce 4.0.1. Customers are unable to pay. Kindly fix the issue.

Could this plugin change the handling of text type global product attributes as well. The way it is now adding adding product attribute as post taxonomy. But logically, text type product attribute need to be registered as post meta. That way, we could add any text type field eg. isbn13, isbn10, books pages, upc, ean etc in a more efficient way.

The local product attributes are just the hack, not the solution. I can’t enforce the attribute name for the data entry person. There could be the typo in product attribute name and more repetitive work to add those field names again and again.

Thanks @yukikatayama for the reply. The reason for comment is to have support for text type product attribute, which are just plain text not a taxonomies of a product. For eg. A field required for “books total pages” as plain text. It’s not a product taxonomy, but its a product attribute.

Well I could add “books total pages” as global product attribute. I was concerned about the performance because in that way I am inherently call inherently making a product as taxonomy and resulting in abusing the system. The default woocommerce don’t have support for creating plain text fields as product attributes.

This link would give be helpful for others. The currently suggested method is to create text attribute as custom fields or create a new product type which has predefined custom fields. For eg. books.

I dig through it and found that global product attributes text type are removed in version 3.3 without providing any proper solution. Adding local text product attributes again and again would be a pain as well as it would be prone to data inconsistency.

Could someone point me to create product attribute, or meta term so that I could define the fixed name and slug to attribute with different text assigned value to this attribute.
For example: How to add a “book-total-pages”‘ as attribute slug pre-defined with name “Book Total Pages”, which accept a text input in admin section.

Adding “Books Total Pages” again and again as a local product attribute is a mess and is highly inconsistent. What if someone added just “Pages” as a new local attribute to another product, intending for the same use.

I want to add books product. I thought global custom attributes would be best to add isbn13, isbn10, pages, author, publisher and published date.

But when I created those custom attributes globally via products > attributes menu, I found that these global attributes just accept multiselect option types, not accepting string type during adding a product.

I have used magento as well, in which you can add attributes types as well. I think it’s crucial functionality missing from woocommerce.

If I am missing something, please help.

The problem with this plugin is that it’s not compatible with other rest API consumer’s application because it’s not a standard set by WordPress. For example, it’s making woocommerce android app not working, when installing this plugin.

Thanks for sharing this link. I haven’t checked it before but it seems to solve the problem as a plugin. I suggest this plugin to be added as core in WordPress rest API so that other developers are enforced to use this as a standard.
