In reply to: [Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce] Plugin support for mobile view@dowista @lavendervu2510
Applogies for hijacking this thread but I am having the same issue with the processing email template. You mentioned I should be adding the following css code in the template
@media (max-width: 414px) { table { width: 100%; } }
However the “Custom CSS” tab is unclickable for me. Any idea why that is?Thank you
Speaking about timing lol. Thank you, its working now. Thanks for the prompt reply. Cheers
@fschall did you ever get this error resolved? The WooCommerce Anti Fraud?is indeed causing this issue as I just had to disable mine after updating it.
What was the fix it you ended up fixing it?
Thank you
Thank you @cyn92, that worked around does the trick. It will be a really neat feature.
Thanks again
Hi there,
I know this this thread is somewhat old, but I just upgraded to the Pro license and the page jumping exists in the pro version as well. I have disabled the “newer booking app” and it did not resolve my issue.
Can you confirm you can replicate this issue on your end?Thank you
Hello there,
Thank you for the information. Would you happen to know how I can accomplish this with the given hook? I was hoping to get the plugin ID instead but I guess thats not the right way to do it?
Thank you
Bingo that did the trick. I had “Give appointment types independent availability” enabled for some reason. Thank you so much all is well now.
So update there was an pending update to the plugin which I just took and it resolved the issue where if I manually create a calendar block time it replicates just fine and the time is no longer available for both types. However the issue still exist where if a booking is made with the first Type 1 appointment, time is still clickable for Type 2.
Thanks
Im sorry this post should be deleted. I have visited the wrong plugin support page.
@croixhaug, thank you, that did the trick.
@cyn92, are you sure its resolved? I just took an update and re-enabled the “new booking app” and the issue came back. The change log update did not indicate this issue was resolved.
Thanks,@cyn92, wow thanks for the prompt reply. Perfect thanks for confirming its a bug, I was going crazy trying to figure out the issue. Would you happen to know an ETA on the release? Asking if I should delay the start launch or not. Btw the Google sync option works great, worth the upgrade as well.
Thank you
@msykes, I do apologies for the late reply. If I disable the plugin and resave my permalinks the warning goes away on public site. The warning shows on all pages except for the home page. I I re-enable the plugin the warning does come back.
I am trying to find an older version so I can rule out the update but haven’t had any success.
Thank you kindly
Thank you for the prompt reply. The strange part is the warnings are being displayed on the public website without having define ‘WP_DEBUG to “True”.
So my question is why is the warning msg being displayed on the public facing website. It seems like the error pertains to the permalinks.
Thank you
Hi there,
Thanks for the reply. Same issue it simply will not let me. I have engaged support via email and they asked my to send them a loom video which I have but still waiting for a reply.
The issue I am experiencing with rankmath is that even though I have setup the SERP for the home page via rankmath SEO tab, when viewing the source page it’s not accepting the changes even though the page is able to be saved.
Website in question stephenpryce.com
Thanks
Hi there,
Thank you for the prompt reply. Thanks for confirming that static page problem. I am trying to submit a support ticket I am a pro version and after trying to submit one it claims I am not allowed. I noticed after logging into my RankMath account and clicking on support it logs me out which might be the reason.
I rather submit a support ticket as I dont want to publish sensitive information here.
Anyway I can do this?
Thank you
