    Hello @briantp

I had already considered taking these actions before asking for help here, but only if no other measure could be taken because the site has been in production for almost 3 years. The biggest issue is that not all purchases result in this problem, but rather some of them, and it seems to be ‘random’. This means that in our tests, we could be unlucky and not trigger the problem during testing. Also, it would be necessary to conduct a large battery of tests with real payments, since payment methods may be involved in the issue. This would be extremely complicated because, due to its random nature, dozens of tests (and most likely, in fact, hundreds of tests) would be required to pinpoint the real cause of the problem.

So, I would like to ask if there is any way to enable Learnpress logging since debugging through purchases may not be effective?

    Hi @wpmudev-support8

Thank you very much. You are right, I probably will change “Dear” to “Hi”. The “dear” term here is more used to personal messages when we are already intimate with the person. Also I just noticed that the subject is not being translated too. It is now “[(-website-)] Account Activated”

About the Loco plugin, it says 100% translated for Brazilian Portuguese (no pending strings) and also I can’t find the word “dear” for example or the string “account activated” which is the subject of the e-mail, so it seems I can’t translate using Loco for now.

    Regards.

Unfortunatelly just copying files won’t bring your site back. All texts, general contents, configurations and everything else is saved on the database. You have to export database from old website and import it to the new website. So, you have to find a way to reach your old databases or you won’t be able to restore the website.

    Hi @gappiah
Thanks for your answer. How weird… I’m testing in a fresh install , no plugins, latest WP version and standard theme.

Even if I try searching ofr the plugin url “https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wps-hide-login/” I have same result. I used to use this url searching for long time when I sometimes searched for the plugin at the WordPress Plugins oficial website, but its not working now. And with a lot of plugins.

Well, since you can find the plugin but I cant and we have the “same WP installed” I thought it could be because the language I’m using (Brazilian Portuguese), so I changed to English and everything works good. So, definetely a site language configuration issue.

Trying to confirm that I made a few tests changing site language of website. You could try confirm this issue, but for me happened with Brazilian Portuguese and also Spanish. Take a look at the next prints

This one is searching for Hide Login:

And this one is searching for Table Rate for WooCommerce:

So, I have no idea why, but there’s this issue regarding plugins search and site language configuration.

    Hello @blackraz
Thanks for your answer. I would like to insert it in a page using block editor but I could not find any wpforo blocks there. I don’t want to use it as a widget in footer, sidebar or anywhere else but the page itself. Anyway, I found out that with Elementor or Beaver Builder I can add those widgets exactly where I want in a native way. I would like to use block editor but I will use Elementor instead because of this feature.

Ok, I will wait then. thank you very much.

    Hi

I’m getting ths same error in several websites. I have to try two or three times before I can login. For one of my websites I wasn’t able to login; I tried several times, so I trashed out cookies but still not able to login, then I tried in private window and worked fine. I have the login mask, 2FA and recaptcha active. Defender is the only security plugin installed and I’m running PHP 7.4.
I supose its a problem related to cache system or something like this. I just don’t know if its about cache plugin, browser or CloudFlare cache system.

    Obrigado.

    @pigglydev está funcionando perfeitamente.
    Muito obrigado.

    Olá.
    Nenhuma atualiza??o com rela??o a esse problema?

{"source":"wc-piggly-pix"} []
    [2023-04-30T12:30:05.424784+00:00] wc-piggly-pix.ERROR: N?o foi mover o arquivo de upload de tmpphpoUtjBV para /home/siteajuda/www/wp-content/uploads/pix-por-piggly/receipts/01c0b868e395278328dd27c971e5e4f9.jpg. {"source":"wc-piggly-pix"} []

Ativando o debug e verificando o log de erros do WordPress recebi a seguinte mensagem:

Warning: finfo_file(tmpphpoUtjBV): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/siteajuda/www/wp-content/plugins/pix-por-piggly/src/Core/Processors/ReceiptProcessor.php on line 79

    Hi @mohsinbsf .
That’s a shame we can’t do that for now, but I really hope we can do that in the future. Thanks for your answer and to provide this need to developers team.
