1. I ask this because that plugin has better filename transliteration. Your plugin leave all special symbols in filenames like . ‘ spacebar, etc. and this is not good.
2. I conflict with two main admins of Ukrainian community WordPress because they don’t want to do their work. Many languages has wordpress 4.9.4 but Ukrainian community still have just 4.8.3. Even when I suggested translations… they all was rejected with lied reasons. So, I don’t think that this is good idea.

Man. Just create account on some hosting company which has trial period. Then upload your website backup to this hosting and check if this error still exist. If not – look at your server config… or something else.

Yes, I’m using latest version. And I’m sorry, it’s my fault because I didn’t test who is cause this error. I thinked that it caused by cyrillic filename but after testing I can say that this happen when I put document name. You can check it with this phrase “комп’ютер” (just copy it without quotes).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Put this phrase in field File Name when adding new document and save this document.
2. Click on this document and select Manage File and now you can see that File Name has phrase комп&#039ютер (I removed symbol ; here because wordpress convert it to symbol ‘).
3. Click on this document and select Goto Post. Then navigate to tab Versions and you can see this symbol \

Your plugin does not seem to work with Loco plugin…

You wrong man. Loco Translate working with it. I did few translations that visible to unregistered users. But, there is another problem – some pharases can’t be translated because they not exist for translation.

@masterk if it’s not hard to do, you can do next: set by default keyboard shortcuts and add an ability manually change this keyboard shortcuts (so it helps in situations where someone would have a keyboard shortcuts conflict). But this is optionally.

Fresh plugin install and only this plugin activated:

All Uppercase (Ctrl+Shift+u) – keys (YES), button (YES)
All Lowercase (Ctrl+Shift+l) – keys (YES), button (YES)
Sentence Case (Ctrl+Shift+s) – keys (NO), button (NO) – now it work like Lowercase (so, it didn’t capitalize first letter of each word)
Title Case (Ctrl+Shift+t) – keys (NO), button (YES)

Reopen the last closed tab, and jump to it – Ctrl + Shift + t

@adisaputro25 try to deactivate all your other plugins and check keyboard shortcuts again. Possible that this shortcuts has conflict with some WP plugins or even Chrome plugins (for example, if you use The Great Suspender you need to remap keys for it). Or may be this is the problem with PHP7 support by this plugin.
