Thanks for your reply. There is no problem with the plugin itself but if I use it on a page with a carrousel gallery, the gallery stops working because of this error. I have tested and it works just fine if only youtube videos are used.
Can you advise how to fix this error so the pages work normally?

Ok, what I can say so far is that the problem is not in the theme, it is working fine. I think that you have some java script problem caused by some plugin you use. Can you try to disable the plugins one by one and check?

Do you use some of the child themes?

Can you tell me what settings do you use for this comment form? I doesn’t look like the default one of this theme

Yes, it is possible. You can ask your hosting provider if this is the problem and is there some solution they can offer

Interesting, I have never had this problem with Contact Form 7, have you tried to deactivate the other plugins if you use any? May be there is some conflict between them and Contact From 7. Also I know that you probably have done this but have you checked the spam folder?

May be you can try to create the desired div in your post template and use get_post_custom_values() or get_post_custom() functions
