@pduclo Can you try to disable the review reminder under “settings” page and enabled it back and see if it works. If the problem persists, it means that the issue is with your site WP Cron itself.

@digit360 as I have explained in my previous response, the issue is not related to cusrev and not with that error in the woocommerce lightbox. Something on your theme settings is hiding the reviews as I pointed out on the screenshot. I would suggest for you to contact your developer so that they can assist you with this issue.

You can use the “count” parameter to display all your reviews. Just set the highest number possible.

To change the styling you need to use CSS code. You can use the one below.

Your test reviews has been removed.

Unfortunately, that is not how our plugin works. The main feature of the plugin is about building trust. Shop owners do not have access on cusrev pages and do not have a way to prevent reviews from being posted there. This is necessary to guarantee that reviews are authentic and not manipulated/edited by shop owners.

That seems to be correct. You will need to remove the reminders for those orders that has already been scheduled. The “Cron” events for these reminders needs to be deleted. But since the reminder page is not accessible, you will need to use a third-party (free) plugin for this purpose: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-crontrol/.

After you install it, go to Tools > Cron Events in WordPress admin menu.

You will see a list of various cron events. Search for the event with a hook name = ivole_send_reminder and arguments = WooCommerce order number of the customer. Select all the orders you deleted from woocommerce and then click “Delete” button in wp-crontrol.

This will unschedule the review reminders for those WooCommerce orders.

@ranone Cusrev plugin uses the default woocommerce review functionality which means that reviews that are imported go to the same table or database that woocommerce uses for reviews. You can try finding a 3rd-party plugin importer to import your shop reviews.

We don’t really remove reviews since we do not want to compromise the integrity of our system. But since what you have there are dummies or test reviews, as a one-time courtesy, we will have it deleted for you but this process will completely delete everything and all the reviews will be removed.

The import function is designed for product reviews. It does not include shop reviews.

We do not have a feature yet to import shop reviews.

You can use the Import function for this purpose. You just simply need to download the template, fill in the details in the spreadsheet and upload it back.
