Had to remove the plugin via FTP to restore access. I’m also not amused by removing features.

Normally you ADD features for a premium product, but Joost thinks it’s better to REMOVE features from the free version.

I have removed the plugin completely now and I’m looking for a better solution.

Bye bye Joost… It was good, but now you’re crippling the plugin, breaking thousands of sites. Best way to lose a lot of users.

Hey, I checked that link you gave me and read about Cloudflare and tried their snippet for wp-config.php.

This works and now I CAN enable the force SSL setting, without gettingthe redirect error. Great! Thanks for pointing me that link!

So the site now functions the same (everything is SSL) and I have this checkbox enabled, so the error is gone.

When I enable the force secure checkout setting, I’ll get SSL redirect errors, because the site is already SSL.

Don’t why that happens, so I leave this force SSL setting disabled, since the entire site is forced to SSL via an htaccess rule.

Would be great if the error could be dismissed.

Same here. Transposh support sucks. Asking questions won’t help. As far as I see, it’s a very crappy plugin with no support.

It looks like when browser-caching is enabled, the content of the ticker is not updated anymore. Hmmm… that is a problem.

Is it possible to AJAXify the calls to get the latest titles?

Yes, I empties all caches, but still the same old post title.

I copied all the CSS and pasted it in my theme’s CSS-file. Then I deselected
“Use default style included in the plugin?”

Now I can save all settings and change the ‘default’ css in my theme’s css-file.

I agree that Ajay created a great plugin, however a bit clarity when there’s a conflict (like this) will save many people hours of searching and frustration.

Thanks for answering. When I choose Custom Text, I can do just that. Set a custom text and a link. I don’t see how I can use that to enter a selection of categories.
