In reply to: [Import Users from CSV] Ony importing first two columnsHey @patbell101,
Please do not post credentials on this forum. It is against the guidelines. We should use dummy data instead. Please edit your posts and remove the credentials/emails/etc.
As for the issue, I haven’t been able to replicate it on my local testing site. Have you tried this in different environments? Also, it would be worth running a conflict test: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/plugin-theme-conflicts/ on a staging copy of your site, or with the Health Check plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/.
Hi @sspools,
Thanks for the screenshots.
This is likely happening due to “Update all data” being enabled in the import settings. There’s a doc here that explains why you can’t use that with an “Existing Items” import that’s updating variable products, and what settings you should use instead: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/import-types/.
If you need further assistance after trying that, please contact us at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/. You’re using our Pro plugins and Pro features, which we can’t help with in this forum (it’s only for our free plugins).
Hi @sspools,
We used the “Existing Items” selection on the plug-in this time. The file ran successfully, but instead of updating the existing product (with the same SKU), the plug-in created a new product on the backend, using a second, duplicative SKU.
Can you please send a screenshot showing the options in the Import Settings for this import?
Also, which versions of our plugins are you using?
Hi @fadedfamous,
Can you please show me a screenshot of your import settings (All Import ? Manage Imports ? Import Settings)? Also, is there any mention of the trashed products in the import History Log (All Import ? Manage Imports ? History Logs)?
Also, what versions of our plugins are you using?
Hi @elsevi,
Should it be like this or is there some kind of advice to make it a little faster?
There’s a guide here that explains how to speed up a slow import: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/speed-optimizations/.

In reply to: [Import Users from CSV] Ony importing first two columnsHi @patbell101,
Please change the “Email” column header to “user_email”. That should fix it.
Hi @bdukov,
I am using WP All Import Pro Version 4.9.4 And WP All Import – WooCommerce Import Add-On Pro Version 4.0.0
I see nothing wrong with your settings, so I’d suggest updating WP All Import Pro to the newest version and trying this again. If that doesn’t help, contact the support team here: https://www.wpallimport.com/support/. We can only help with our free plugins on this forum.

In reply to: [Import Users from CSV] Add User Expiry details to CSVHey @richmdr,
That is a Unix Timestamp. You should be able to use the solution here to convert your dates in Excel to timestamps: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1703505/excel-date-to-unix-timestamp (I haven’t tested it myself, but it looks promising).
