@appdevguy I confirmed that the issue is caused by “3 Total Cache , if you are not using premiun version i suggest to change to fastest cache + autoptimize (you must uncheck some options in fastest cache to get optimal performance). Hope it help.

Bumping and adding more info: Uninstalled W3 total cache and installed fastest cache and issue is gone (so crearly there is a bug with W3 plugin)

W3 total Cacha 0.9.7 and Jobs for WordPress 1.9.5

Ok sorry @blueglassinteractive i thought it was fixed but it is not, i cleared the cache but also turned off the plugin, anytime that i turn it on phone field comes back again it doesnt matter how many times i try clearing all caches, i even tried wiping the whole site (as is a test site), new url is https://telnet-ri.prepro2.telnet-ri.es/job/test/
