Ignore request – I have done it a different way now

Hi there

Curiously I have the same issue – the quote marks show up in slider mode but not in masonry mode … when that happens I get the blank boxes. If its any help, I’m using Divi as a builder.

Sorry about delay in replying, no unfortunately I haven’t.

I have tried the debug plugin and the results are:

I did try and deactivate the real accessibility plugin for a few days and then check the invoices for orders which were taken thinking it might burst into life, but there has been no change.

It is strange as it used to work fine but something happened on the 9th September as all orders 57 and prior show the logo and all orders 58 and onwards are missing the logo.

Appreciate any thoughts Bas

Hi – apologies for delay in replying – yes I can give it a go, although it is on a live site.

Can I ask is it safe to do that – I read the instructions though on WordPress & it mentioned “development copies of a site”. (Bit nervous I don’t want to scupper anything!).

If so is it to add the debug code to the config file, there were a few options there, thanks

Found it – I had selected enable sandbox mode on the product … I’ve now unchecked it and it all works now.

Thanks for your reply! I had done that however any other item after 10 then gets discounted, so if someone orders 11 copies etc the discount applied to the 11th product too which is not what I have been asked to do.

The requirement is for the discount flat rate to be applied when someone only orders in quantise of 10 – i.e. 10, 20 or 30 etc

So if someone ordered 11 items, only 10 would be at the discounted rate the 11th product would be at the normal cost.

Hope that makes sense – is there a way of doing that at all?

I have just tried to update a pdf and the same thing is happening to me too. I have deleted cache and all sorts to no avail.

Be great if a solution is found as it did work fine the last time I needed to change a pdf!!

I have checked in my settings and the size for medium images is already set to 300×300 which would be fine … so I am not sure why they are not resizing to this?

Maybe it is something to do with the theme? This could also be the case with the search box always defaulting to the top of the page/sidebar?

I am using the Oxygen theme do you know of any issues with this theme and how it handles images and your lovely plugin? Ah ha! I guess once the image size is fixed then the hover over state will also be fixed as for now they don’t fit nicely in the hover area, that was going to be by next thing to look at.

I really appreciate any help or guidance you can offer me on this fab plugin … I am so nearly there ??

Found out I needed to add a few lines of code into the sell_media_item.php file

Under the get_header(); ?> bit I added:
