In reply to: Style Link in WYSIWYG editors … not working wellYes, that line is in there.
When I choose a “Format” first, and then add the link URL …. I get the correct style of the link :<a href="#" class="theclassadded">Text</a>
But, when I create a link first … and then select a “Format” … the result doesn’t add the class…<a href="#">Text</a>
The fact that you are avoiding answering basic questions that would help a potential customer make a PURCHASING decision, has caused me to look for a solution elsewhere. If your answers for potential customers is this horrendous, then I can only imagine how horrible your support is when someone does make a purchase. Good luck.

I understand the actual migration isn’t supported under a free plan … we just need to know, that if we PURCHASE A PLAN using our IP ADDRESS, then the domain name transfer wont cause any issues. And, the plan that was purchased (which would be under the IP address) can be transferred easily to our domain name [because some plugins are tied directly to the ip/domain that they sign up with].
Maybe this is less of a technical question, and one that should be forwarded over to your sales department.

In reply to: [BulletProof Security] Question Marks Don’t Provide Info!Seriously? No other “plugins” are replacing your help text and leaving everything else working. Nice try passing the buck.
Just to prove my point, I installed your plugin again … deactivated all the other plugins, and the “issue” was still there.- This reply was modified 10 months, 4 weeks ago by jabbamonkey.

In reply to: [BulletProof Security] Question Marks Don’t Provide Info! The help isn’t “<span style=”font-family: Inter, sans-serif; white-space: pretty; background-color: rgb(251, 251, 251);”>specific to each feature/section of BPS</span>” …. Every question mark on the page had the SAME information, and none specifically cited the HEADER that the question mark referenced.
Wow. This looks like a huge headache. I’m just going to go with another form plugin…

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Change Variation, changes Image – Dont WantOk.. This is VERY confusing … and the interface is NOT very user intuitive (hint, hint!). But I think I see what is going on….
So, if editing a product, and one of the VARIATIONS is “RED” and “ANY SIZE” … nothing happens when the user selects RED on the live product page, or if they just select a SIZE. But, if they choose RED and THEN choose a size, the image changes.
Is there a way to make it so the color changes the image ONLY and the size doesn’t affect the images? (but doesn’t make the size drop down disappear from the page)
(and I’m not sure what the ATTRIBUTES checkbox for “Visible on Product Page” does … because toggling that check box doesn’t seem to do anything … the option is always viewable on the Product page, whether checked or unchecked. But if you uncheck “Used for variations” … THEN the attribute disappears from the product page)

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Change Variation, changes Image – Dont WantI’ll take a look.
I’m curious if there is a way to do this using the new WooCommerce product page interface (currently in Beta)?

In reply to: [Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce] Response not a valid json responseMy webhost didn’t notice a problem on their end. Their response…
“I do not see anything at our end that will prevent this. Only thing I see in the server logs is mod security rules being triggered, I have adjusted these in case that is causing the issue.”And I just tried to CHECKOUT, and am still getting the issue.

In reply to: [Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce] Response not a valid json responseWell, I went to paypal, grabbed my ID and SECRET, and pasted them back into the PayPal Payments page … I then tried to CHECKOUT of my shop…
When I click the yellow “PayPal Checkout” button, the popup opens …
https://ibb.co/QvH0bk5… And after awhile, it goes away and results in the same “Response not a valid json response” error….

In reply to: [Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce] Response not a valid json responseEither way… if I am trying to delete the connection, shouldn’t it NOT affect the deletion? (why need the client id and authorization)
Also, I just tried to deactive all the plugin, except wooCommerce and the Payments plugin, but the error still occurs….

In reply to: [Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce] Response not a valid json responseThis error keeps repeating in one log….
2023-12-15T00:54:30+00:00 ERROR API error: Array ( [url] => https://api-m.paypal.com/v1/oauth2/token [method] => POST [http_status] => 401 [request] => Array ( [grant_type] => client_credentials ) [error] => Array ( [error] => invalid_client [error_description] => Client Authentication failed ) )
It says invalid client…. but I checked the client id and secret, and copied and pasted it directly.
There is also an error log pointing to test-log.log … but I’m not sure how to view that file (or where it is on the server)
