I had to include this script in the header of the template “social” (main) so that the plugin (cool gallery) would show up. It worked.

Again, this is to avoid a viewer having to click on compatibility mode in order to see the videos.

I’m looking for something in that line as well. Two days ago, I had a spammer post over 8,000 posts (during the night). I couldn’t even delete the site because it overburdened the server. I had to go into the DB and delete manually. (1 hour of time).

I have, however, found that ONE (of many) tools is the GeoLite (free) script and DB files that will actually keep out entire countries. I have found that certain countries are more of the “culprits” of spamming than others.

Awesome Plugin, I love that you can FTP your files up and do the sort, etc. The player is great too! You did a great job and I THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Thank you for your personal response to this issue. It’s NOT your fault. My site is on hostgator, and even though I put a custom PHP.ini file in every folder, phpinfo still reported that register_globals was on…so it was a server issue NOT your script. I had to call hostgator and ask them to turn off register_globals GLOBALLY for all my site.

Just as a follow up – I’m wondering if the register class is being duplicated with your plugin, so they won’t together?

I have installed it and added the APIs. Now I need to ask if this works with the buddypress plugin also installed. I heard that buddypress bypasses the normal WPMU registration system.

Hello…is this compatible with WPMU 3.1 then?

I just installed this plugin and it’s showing in the Super-Admin section. Is it doing anything for you? The instructions say to activate it – so I’m putting it in the regular plug-ins folder and I’ve activated it both in JUST Admin and then NETWORK. It still won’t return any searches for the three users that I’ve created.

From the look at the screenshots, it’s supposed to have some sort of list of new users. Another question I have is: Which users does it show? The users that have signed up to post, or the users that have registered for a blog (I’m using a multi-site). I’m just not sure what good this plug-in really is.

Anyone with any ideas, or who have had some success with it?
