I have faced this issue with 5.8.7 then I have update plugin at 5.9.4 but still have faced same error then I read in some article as temporary solution I have downgrade it at 5.8.4 now it’s works but it’s not good practice i know.

This is issue is not for on particular website i have tried for multiple website still the errors are same but if website is required you can consider this page :

Could you please confirm whether the ZipArchive() extension is enabled on your server? Our plugin requires it for sending images as attachments.

We’ve tested your settings and found that everything is working fine. Additionally, your file permissions are not affected because we never store attachments at that location.

We suspect that the issue might be related to the email and other settings. Could you please change your email and test it again? If you’re using a web mail service, please switch to Gmail for testing purposes.

Thanks for your response and testing according my scenario also according to your test my page works well right ?

Actually this is issue some time in form ReCaptcha start displaying and sometimes disappeared and the strange behavior is when I fill the all required fields and submit the form the display error “Invalid Recaptcha” I have also try to find CSS that made recaptcha badge hide but not found any specific CSS that cause the hide recaptcha and about setting that all are not new settings settings are by default as active plugin I have enabled automatic translated added 3 language as our need for more detail I can send SS for settings if needed kindly help me to solve this Issue (one thing is clear this issue occur because of translate press plugin becuase if i deactivate that plugin recaptcha start displaying )

previously this issue fixed well but same issue facing again from after 10 days to fix this issue, may I want to know that we still connected on mail(for better communication) ?

I have clear both cache in browser and also the website but the issue is the same Yeah I tested in different device where it’s work proper can you please help me to identify the possibility of occurring these issues ..?

and if this not solve that’s okay but this is my production site here I have faced same issue and in addition now the pay button is not work smoothly and here is very important to solve the issue please do some meaningful that help me to solve these errors..
