Nevermind with this issue. It seems the hosting server is the issue. I had other issues like 404 page errors too. So I made a copy of the site and loaded it on a different hosting server and everything works fine. So I am not sure what is wrong with the server, their tech support keeps telling me its scripts timing out, but again, it all works perfect on another server..

I also re-stalled the plugin and got the categories and tags back, then I went and deleted the plugin via FTP and it all stayed. Also note that i tried to add a new category, before I reinstalled, and it would not save it, it appeared to save the category but then when I went back to look it disappeared.

These are the plugins I have. Note I disabled Post Types Order to try this one as I thought there might be a conflict.

Correct, the free version still does not work, not sure why the author would do this and expect people to buy the paid version, if they do not fix the free version I don’t feel very confident buying the paid version. There are other plugins but I sure did like this one when it was working.

Thank you for posting this, but does this mean that the free version is being abandoned and only the Pro version will be available? (No sense using the free version with this bug).

Never mind – I figured out the issue. The WordPress timezone must be set accurately to your actual time time in WordPress settings (not in the plugin settings). Mine was set in UTC time zone so basically none of my daytime slots were available as it thought it was the middle of the night!

SORRY! To continue the above post… Just realized that all the image links (and I am sure other links) did not change, so although the main nav links worked after changing the sites address I still had to go back and do a find/replace of the entire DB to change the old website to the new website URL. So the Author is correct in that for some reason the find and replace is not working in the plugin, this seems to be the culprit.

I too had the same issue as everyone else, the new cloned site links were all going back to the old original site. Just wanted to add my solution, which someone else I believe mentioned. Its the easiest and first thing to try I think, and that is to go to myPHPadmin to access the DB, then you will likly see that the website address and site address are still the old cloned site and not the new cloned site. I just changed those to the new site URL’s and all works perfect. Very simple and should be first try, all the links etc. now work perfect and do not bounce to the old site. For some reason WP Clone is missing the change of these two most important settings. Note this has happened several times on different sites and servers, don’t know why, but most times the clone works perfect without having to do this.

Thank you for the reply. I tried that, I tried every possible way, full path and partial path, and tags. Maybe the hosting provider (Bluehost) is not allowing the script to send attachments?

Like I mentioned, the auto responder works fine, the form works fine, just no attachment, and correct, I am trying to attach to “mail 2”.
