In reply to: Strange Upload Error in 2.5Hi, Otto. No, it’s nothing to do with my host. But as I mentioned, after I disabled the flash upload, it does upload, but it gives me that “Specified file failed upload test” message, although the image DOES in fact upload, and I can use them, which I have been doing since yesterday. I just can’t figure out anything else, I’ve tried pretty much EVERY suggestion people have.
I guess it’s just a bug or something?
P.S. I have WordPress 2.5 on four other blogs, and it only happens with one of them. Weird.

In reply to: Search Function Glitch/ProblemYeah, sorry, the “extra.php” thing was a bad example. What I meant was, any page other than the main/front page (the “?p=anything”, etc). For some reason, yeah, the search works on that scifiblog, but it doesn’t work on a couple of other sites that I use.
Any thoughts about that?

In reply to: My Blog Posts, But Then Stops…Hey, HandySolo, yeah, I tried what you said, and the problem is still there. Post goes through, but then after pressing the “Publish” button in post.php all I get is a blank screen.
Any more advice, guys?

In reply to: Category Listings by Category Parent?Here’s what I’m looking for the category listing to do:
Parent Category A
– Child Category 1
– Child Category 1
– Child Category 1
– Child Category 1Parent Category B
– Child Category 1
– Child Category 1
– Child Category 1
– Child Category 1Like that. Right now it’s just listing all the categories regardless if I have them in their own parent company or not. Or actually, it’s ignoring the fact that I have every category listed under parent companies.
Hope that helps.
P.S. I tried the perisort plug-in but I’m not sure if it works with 2.02. Or if it does, I’m not doing something right, because it’s not showing…

In reply to: The Sidebar Doesn’t Work in IE — NO!!!!Got it at last!

In reply to: The Sidebar Doesn’t Work in IE — NO!!!!Interesting. In this section?
#right {
float: left;
width: 220px;
}#rightmenu {
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
list-style-type: none;
}If I remove the first grouping, the sidebar works, but it’s NOT QUITE right. The whole sidebar sort of moves leftward halfway. BUT the sidebar DOES work in IE! It just doesn’t look that good unfortunately…

But anyways, I can’t find any settings for “sidebar” (I’m assuming it’s in the stylesheet?) but I found these:
#right {
float: left;
width: 220px;
}#rightmenu {
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
list-style-type: none;
}The same?
