Many thanks Adam. I was able to confirm using your simple tests that required fields on hidden fields don’t have to be filled in. This led me to persist with locating the problem and I discovered it was due to non-publication…doh! Again many thanks

In case anyone wants to know why, it is so that I can use Post Type Switcher to switch the clone of the TS to Post and (a) add much more content in my own time and if I want to*, and (b) have the TS accessible in the RSS site feed. I have two way links in TS and Blog texts so that someone can see where the TS fits in the timeline. (* the reverse process, possible in Cool Timeline, does not fit with this).

Resolved thanks to support- just need to insert the categories you want to use as filters in the provided field (slugs separated by commas without any spaces!) But a category won’t appear as a filter unless it has been checked in a story (I conclude)

After some research I conclude the order is not at all random but that of my publishing the story rather than the date assigned to it. Hope this helps.

Hi I have exactly same problem … i can see the feeds in edit perfectly but no feeds showing in preview or published (either safari or firefox). What might the cofiguration problem be and on my installation of what?
