Nope, still living with disabled chaching. Will try to find another caching solution that works with UberMenu as the devs are sure that their latest update did not produce the issue. According to them my problem must exist for a longer time.

Just to give you an update: I deactivated all plugins except EWWW and NGG, still no link showing up to optimize all images of a single NGGallery.

Tried to optimize a single gallery, but Bulk Optimize is not in my drop-down list (maybe because I’m using NGG in German?).

I have tried this link, but these versions are antique.

Found out that there was also an update of UberMenu a few days ago. Will now check with the dev as well.

Maybe the issue exists a little bit longer and I just noticed it now… Tried to revert to the old version, but I can’t find any download.

Updated plenty of plugins lately, but none of them seems to have a direct connection to HyperCache or UberMenu.

Well I assume it was 2.9.1.3 as I’m always installing the updates very quickly.

However this started with the latest version, so I’m still hoping that there will be a solution from the HyperCache author as disabling caching is not really an option.

did you try adding images to the images folder named like the extension of your files? Should do the job.

Simply edit the templates to your liking.

That can’t be the reason, as it worked for me many months with much smaller images as well.

As this plugin is not maintained anymore I switched to Add Link To Facebook. Works like a charme!

Think it’s not working anymore due to Facebook changing some things lately. I use it on my site as well, and it’s not showing the thumbs anymore. Something is definitely broken, but I don’t expect any support here.

Is there a similar and maintained plugin like this one?

Crawling errors going up to 89 again…

Why is google still trying to crawl these links even if they do not exist anymore? Very weird!

Here’s the update, as promised.

Crawling errors went down from 200+ to 56. Even though I completely removed the plugin and cleared the cache, Google is still trying to crawl such links. Happened just 5 times today, but still it does for whatever reason. I expect the number of errors to go down to less than 10 by tomorrow. At least I hope so.

Seems to be solved.

By the way, I was in contact with the plugin author and he already updated the plugin. Such link chains should not happen again. Anyway, I don’t want to use it again.
