In reply to: [Facebook] Next/Previous buttons disabled when Facebook plugin is activeMatty,
Great – thanks for the update. I’ll check it out.
I would like to point out one thing out to you, though, regarding your comment:
“For future queries of this nature, please note that our WooThemes Support Desk is the best channel with which to communicate with our WooThemes support team. :)”
That is in fact where I started this process 2 months ago. However, the WooThemes support team tried to blame the problem on the FB plugin, and said they couldn’t help me, but that I should try posting over here.
Take Care,
Jackie

It has been several weeks since you isolated the problem. Are we any closer to a fix yet?

Other than the fact that I’ve been waiting 5 weeks for a fix. At least you guys have stopped trying to blame the FB plugin … ??Jackie

My Canvas was recently upgraded to version 5.1.0 – Never received any notification or indication (even now) that there is a later version.

I am running version 5.5.3 of the framework, which is being reported as the latest version – but the problem still exists!
FWIW – I am running latest version of FB plugin 1.1.11

In reply to: [Facebook] Next/Previous buttons disabled when Facebook plugin is activeI don’t really get why Woo Themes is pointing back to plugin dev – the only people reporting problems are people running Canvas theme,

In reply to: [Facebook] Next/Previous buttons disabled when Facebook plugin is activeI was in touch with WooThemes already today. They threw the ball back to Facebook since it is their plugin that is causing the problem …
