Yes me too – a .ru spam subscription every five minutes. Started a fortnight ago.

I’ve been using this plugin for a year with no problem but in the last fortnight I’ve had tonnes of spam subscribers from domains ending in .ru

Is there anyway to block them?

I’ve just switched off plugins and switched them back on and everything is now working again. Thanks!

I’ve answered my own question – it’s the core wordpress theme that overwrote all of my changes. I downloaded the Custom Content Width plugin and it solved my problem.

I felt the same way and asked a while back but I never found a solution unfortunately.

It’s to do with Apple iPhone photos and WordPress in general, not just this plugin. If you put the same photo into a page normally and look at it on mobile you’ll find the same problem.

It’s very frustrating as I have had to rotate loads of images after uploading recently.

Any help with this would be really appreciated, I’m gutted it’s stopped working ??

I added a new spam plugin. The spam registrations have now stopped and the memory seems to be stable. So probably was that.

Thank you David – I will contact them now (GoDaddy). Sorry, I made one mistake, it is the memory, not the CPU that is hitting limits.

I’m having the same problem – on photos taken using iPhone, photos using this plugin are rotated. When I correct them, on iOS they are the wrong way around.
