In reply to: [Archives for Custom Post Types] Advances OptionsYep, you can get yearly, monthly and daily archives. For example:
Yearly:

Monthly:https://yoursite.com/2014/08/custom-post-type/

In reply to: [Archives for Custom Post Types] TemplatesHey Mellang, sorry for the very slow response. (I hadn’t set up notifications for support issues on this plugin!)
It uses the exact same template as normal archives. So the template you’d be looking for is
archive.php

In reply to: [WP Appcache] compatible with WP Fastest Cache plugin?Hi there,
I don’t see why there would be a problem with that. The Application Cache is quite separate from other forms of caching in that it saves entire pages. You should certainly not abandon other forms of caching in favour of it because the first page load for a new user will always be from the server.
Could you provide me any further information Liquid_Fear? What exactly happened?
Please note, I’m already totally refactoring the plugin as I’ve found a few minor issues with it myself (mainly centred around bad UX for admins when logging in and out).

In reply to: [WP Appcache] compatible with Adsense?Hi there, you shouldn’t have any problems with Adsense ads as they’re JavaScript-based.
That said, if you do encounter problems, definitely let me know and I’ll be happy to investigate the site in question.
It definitely works ok with Analytics as I’ve tested that.

In reply to: [Crayon Syntax Highlighter] Please remove .git repos from your package+1
It’s really annoying.
??
Further to this, the problem definitely appears to be related to the region. I just tried to set everything up using Ireland as my region and nothing was working. I’ve now set up a new bucket in the standard US region and it’s all fine.
I’m switching to this plugin from W3 Total Cache because it was a bit overkill for just managing my CDN stuff (which is mainly what I used it for.)
I love the simplicity of this plugin, but would be great if we could use buckets in other regions.
If I get a moment I’ll have a look myself but hopefully you’ll figure it out before I get a moment!

P.s. Aside from the above, thanks Brad, awesome work!

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] [Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Origin Push: S3Hi there, when you say solved, can you let me know what you did to fix this? Did you just need to wait for 30 minutes? Mine has been like this for a couple of hours now and still not working.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Members List Plugin] [Plugin: Members List Plugin] Showing 0 of 0 usersI emailed the creator of the plugin and he said simply:
There’s no reason something should just stop working.
So it must be our imagination…
I’ve ended up building my own solution and going with that instead.

Can anyone help here?
Bump.
I’d like to see this too. Although not using Profile Builder, just want to know how I can hook into it?
