Friendship request is not working

    Greetings
    I am using Youzify plugin it has impressive impression from first view, but the problem is when I do request for friendship it does not send the request to the other site, beside the requesting icon is continously moving without showing checking sign, any idea for solving this problem.

    Thanks for your kind words ??

    I believe this issue happen because a conflict between Youzify with another plugin or your theme. Or it happen because the PHP version. We suggest you to do these steps:

    – Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & your theme.

    – Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    – If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.

    – Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).

    – Make sure to use PHP 7.4 version or 8.0 version.
