Tested the new files on my staging website and seems it fixes the issue with missing settings and site seems to be functioning as normal (no slowdowns and custom logo settings retained) I didn’t have the width issue as most of my pages are Elementor full width template pages.

Thanks for the reply. For me, reverting the staging site to 4.0.0 of the theme and 2.4 of Ocean Extra brings the customizer settings back with the child theme active. It is the newer update 4.0.1 and 2.4.1 which turns them off.

I tested with all plugins disabled and refreshing all caches.

This is the difference I see between the child theme, and only the main theme being active. (the same theme checks still appear to exist in the Ocean Extra plugin as they did before):

It does appear that a lot of the customizer settings are missing if you are using a child theme. Changing from the child theme to main theme brings those settings back.

Thank you! The latest update (4.0.1) resolved the issue.

I believe you need the Pro version for this. With that said I have the Pro and latest versions of both Elementor and TEC and the widgets are MIA – nowhere to be found. Do they need to be enabled somewhere?

Looking for this too WP <–> Invision Community Software. Does this work with IPB?

Sorry, but I take exception when I invest time to set this up on a test site and when I go to recreate it on the live website I find I cannot because what I was able to create on the test site is now subject to your “restrictions”.

I was locked out of one of my websites. If you have memcached on your server you can flush it, alternatively install the plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-memcached-manager/ on another website if it’s on the same server and use that to flush it. It’s old but still works.
