My site sometimes redirect to /amp And sometimes no, I think the issue from Cache plugin !! Can you please make me sure ?

After updating your AMP plugin, today I got AMP error in Google search console.
It says “The “link rel = canonical” tag appears several times in the document.”
Error already applied for 10 posts in my blog, it’s growing continuously.
But some posts has no such issues.

I have exactly same problem When I enable autoptimize, form (AJAX) is not working after I enable Aggregate JS-files.
I have to disable autoptimize from form works.
Any ideas?
