We recently updated the plugin with many changes to the dashboard, introduced new chat themes, reports and 7 days free trial on paid plans.
Please use the latest version of the plugin, login and proceed with the setup. ClickDesk the ‘install plugin’ green button in the ‘Departments section’.
Now, in you Gtalk IM, send /ClickDesk message to livechat1 contact to get verified. Once verified, ClickDesk appears online on your website as you stay logged in your Gtalk.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
I think you have not deactivated the plugin before deleting the plugin files. Please resinstall the plugin, deactivate, delete & clear the browser cache.
That should solve the issue. Please write to support @ clickdesk.com for any further assistance and possibly along with the reason for deleting the plugin. We are continuously improving the plugin and your feedback shall help us.

We released a major update to the ClickDesk system – new dashboard, themes, reports and more!
We do not support moving the chat bar to the top position in the new version. We introduced ‘eye catchers’ – an image above the chat bar to make the live chat appear more prominently on the pages.

We have resolved this issue. We released a new dashboard and the resources were loaded from staging servers. This is all fixed now. The dashboard is also fast.

You do not need any short code. After installing the plugin, please proceed with adding and verifying an agent. The chat window appears on your website immediately.
The plugin has been tested and it works without any issues.

If you are able to login at my.clickdesk.com (dashboard) with your account details, please proceed. Customizing the live chat at ClickDesk’s dashboard would reflect the changes everywhere as it’s the same login account. You need not separately customize it through WordPress.

Thanks for writing in detail. I tested the plugin on latest wp version 3.5 before the plugin version update here and it worked with no issues.

At the moment, ClickDesk requires you to use either Google talk or Skype to receive live chats/calls directly from your website.
I searched all our chat transcripts but didn’t find any with drew @ drewchristopher.com id. Can I get your email address?
