Thanks for contacting our support.
It’s more than likely that you created another new account and logged into it without noticing. If the operator already exists in an account, the same operator cannot be added to another account. That’s the reason you are seeing an error message when trying to add the same new operator in this account.
Please ‘logout’ from ClickDesk dashboard and login again using the account username (email) and password that you created first.

I apologize for the delayed response.
I guess there could be a conflict with your theme css that’s causing issue on Firefox.As you are using the live chat plugin, you need not copy/paste any code. Clicking on ‘install plugin’ link in our dashboard with insert the code automatically.
But if you are looking to get ClickDesk work on particular pages/posts (contact, about us) etc., then you need to disable the plugin, clear the browser cookies & cache and login at my.clickdesk.com
You can find your live chat code.
Paste the code in the HTML tab of your page/post editor and publish. That would make ClickDesk live chat window appear only on those page ??Please write to our support if you have any more questions.

I apologize for the delay in my response.
Clearing your browser cookies would solve this.To make sure that the plugin gets configured correctly even on sub-folder and sub-domain WordPress installations without any errors, it was coded to bring the full URL from the browser and append the ClickDesk widget id to it in the browser bar.
The value is locally taken from your browser cookie. So, clearing the cookies would fix it. I will take this forward to our engineers to see if this can be approached in a better way. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.

JaganHey, the line missed while hitting the ‘post’ button. If you are logged into mobile, then in the app settings you can uncheck ‘turn to idle mode when inactive’, if you are on PC just being active on the gtalk or gmail webpage would solve this.

Take a look at our ClickDesk live chat plugin
By default it installs the code on all your pages of the site.
As you are looking to use it on a specific page of the website, please login signup and login at clickdesk.com directly to get your live chat code.Edit your wordpress page (post) and paste this code in the HTML tab after the end of your page content. Publish the page. This would make ClickDesk live chat appear only on that particular page.

ClickDesk supports Skype, normal gtalk id (gmail.com) and even your Google Apps id too.
Please make sure that while creating/editing the operator you choose Google Apps in the drop down and enter the full email id in the IM field.Hope that clarifies.

You can use the helpdesk even in the free plan but the number of tickets are limited to 50. Please clear your browser cache and cookies and log in at our website.
After logging in, you can find a link at the footer of the ClickDesk dashboard through which you can enable helpdesk and proceed with the setup.

There could be a conflict with the theme you are using. ClickDesk is compatible with all major browsers and doesn’t break the site.

I tested the plugin again on the latest wp and there isn’t any issue.
ClickDesk uses Google App Engine and so you see that .appspot.com
We are aware of the little wait during the loading time. But it should take no more than a minute to load.Please contact us through the live chat on our website if you still face the issue.

Andy, thanks for letting us know this. This could be due to the theme you are using or might have caused by some 3rd party plugin that’s active. The install plugin link in our dashboard inserts the code snippet directly on the site unless it conflicts with the theme structure or another active plugin on your wordpress site.
