Sorry for the confusion created with the emails.

As a wordpress plugin user, you need not manually paste the code in your pages or widget. The plugin certainly extends the functionality by inserting the code snippet directly to your wordpress site when the ‘install plugin’ link is clicked while configuring the live chat. No copy/paste stuff.

Unless you paste the live chat code snippet manually in the widgets, deactivating the plugin shall certainly remove live chat on the site.

So it took longer than expected to find the best possible solution to see that ClickDesk live chat appears on your website. I fixed the issue and emailed you.

I’m sorry for the delay.
It is not possible to show the live chat only in the admin area for the logged in users. But I think there should be a work around.
Will keep you posted if I find a solution to achieve this.

After signingup you need to activate your email and this is a onetime process to authenticate you as the user and allow you to login.
The rest of the emails we send do not require your response.

The default one comes with “Call Us” text on the button.

The one at invox site isn’t a WordPress plugin. So that obviously doesn’t work with wordpress.

Both Invox and PBXplus are the same.
Invox is a platform for more advanced phone systems.
PBX+ will be targetted to SMBs and entrepreneurs.
