it’s a bug in the plug-in
if you set you’re own API key and click ‘test api key’ it will run a test on the standard api key in the plug in is my experience
when i enter my personal api and then hit ‘retrieve’ reviews (without testing api key) it works. Maybe the author can check or resolve this ?
