Hi @fabriziozanier ,
Thank you for your interest in WPVR.
If you’re adding 500 scenes (360 degree panorama images) in a single tour, it’ll definitely have an impact on your site’s loading speed.
We don’t recommend our users to use more than 30 panorama images in a single tour, as it’ll slow down the page and most viewers won’t go further than this in the tour.
The Metatags feature is not available in the plugin.
You can add it to the Ideas section of our Roadmap here: https://rextheme.com/wpvr-roadmap/

Hi @sonyapereira ,
Thank you so much for notifying us about this issue.
So, the Mouse control option was turned off automatically for all your tours after the update?
Can you give us some more details about it?
We’ll have a look and if there’s any issue regarding this, we’ll fix it in our next update.

Hi @artemka056 ,
Thank you for your patience.
We’ve tried it on our end as well.
However, these types shortcodes are not supported for the Topic section of BbPress as well. So this won’t work.
Hope you understand.
Let us know if you have any questions.

Hi @nosu ,
Thank you for using WPVR.
Yes, I can see that it’s not working in the published page.
It can be a plugin conflict or since the tours are published in the same column, the mouse control got a conflict.
What you can do now, is, publish one of these tours in a test page on your site.
If the mouse control works there, that means the issue appeared after publishing these 2 tours together. And we’ll have a look at that scenario.
If the test tour page is having the same issue, you can give some more details like plugin list, theme, and other details and send them to our website’s support portal.
We’ll have a look.

Hi @artemka056 ,
Thank you for trying out WPVR.
Can you please let us know how you’ve used the shortcode in the Topic of bbpress?
You can share some screenshots or a screen capture so we can have a look and identify the issue.

Hi @joshuawissenbach ,
Thank you for using WPVR.
We have an option to set your custom icons as Hotspot icons using simple codes.
Here is the guide for it: https://rextheme.com/docs/wp-vr-customize-hotspot-icons-and-color/#using-custom-hotspot-icons-of-your-own-choice
You can use it to set the texts as images and use them on your hotspots.
Or if you want the feature, you can add the request to the Ideas section of our Roadmap here: https://rextheme.com/wpvr-roadmap/
