This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

You can create any role and give any capability to your team, with role editor. AS plugin comes with 4 user roles

Yes, this is only possible, if the client open a ticket and you reply to it and close it, the client will not be able to open it again. however you can.

When an admin switches the language in WordPress, Awesome Support will generally automatically switch to the same language. However, for some languages not all terms may be translated. For these terms, you can add your own translations.

Yes you can limit the number of tickets a customer can open. `To limit a user to a certain number of open tickets:
Go to the TICKETS->SETTINGS->PF OPTIONS tab
Scroll down to the Other section
Use the slider next to Maximum Number Of Open Tickets to set the maximum number of tickets.

From regular blogger if you mean support user, then you can check Roles and Capabilities Table here.

Note: User with more than those 5 capabilities, could get administrative privileges.

`The plugin comes with 4 user roles: Support Supervisor, Support Manager, Support Agent and Support User. Here are the differences between those roles. Please check the role and capabilities here,
