I updated the plugin to the new version 2.2.85 but it broke the maps in the accordions. Other maps on the website continue to function normally.

I reverted to version 2.2.83 to fix this.

I cannot replicate the HTTP2 fault so please disregard. It may have been an intermittent fault. However, the fault with the conflict plugin WordPress Version Info still exists.

I have found this plugin has a conflict with WP Prayer Plugin by Go Prayer. I have also logged this conflict with them as I am not yet sure who is at fault with their update.

This sis still not functioning correctly. I just updated to version 2.2.77 and all the styles vanished but the fault with the accordion persists.

I tried that but the info is still not generated. Will try to identify any plugin conflicts. This issue has not been resolved.

I use WP Optimize to handle cache and minify. However, I did clear all caches and set the page not to cache when I first noted the issue so I could troubleshoot. I also cleared all caches after the update you put out.

Thanks for the update. I did have a unique key installed and have had it for quite a while as I have been using this plugin for a few years. The error is no longer present and seems to have been transient or caused by something else. I am closing this ticket now and if it appears again, I will create a new one with more details.

These look to be different files on each site, though something looks to be setting them back after each run. Whatever the plugin is attempting to do, apparently sets it to the 777 permission. Most likely it’s supposed to clean up after itself and failing, perhaps? While our service would change it to 755 to ensure it’s not 777 globally, the plugin or what ever is interacting with these files looks to be rolling it back.

As to what information they would need from us, all I can see is that these files haven’t been manually changed by root/users on the server and the timestamp doesn’t correlate to any connections I can see from our history. We don’t have any other daemons that interact with files beyond the DreamShield service which is changing it from 777 to 755.

If you can get us some more information on exactly what they need from us we’ll be happy to help.

This is not resolved. I have passed all your comments to DreamHost support to investigate and I am waiting for their response. The error still exists on my sites.

OK. I currently use DreamHost on a Shared Hosting plan. If you need additional details from me relating to my plan or site I will be happy to provide to a separate email address. I would love to have this resolved.
