Right!! I′ve got one ?? Easy. Just need an example, since I′m not as technical as you guys are.
Imagine I have a site with a form with the fields
Name
Surname
Phone
Email
CityIn Facebook I have other forms with similar data (a car daler might sell different cars, same fields, different forms. For the sake of this example, I’ll imagine there are two forms: “Big Cars” and “Small Cars”)
from What I’ve read, I can use facebook to post the data form those forms ino UPIcrm. How?
A) You need a business facebook page
B) you need to create the forms in facebook
C) You use https://developers.facebook.com/tools/explorer/ to create the Post method (the get methos can be used to import into gogole sheets. But I’d rather not do that two step ptorcess, adn import into UPI straight away)And that’s how far I’ve got. I am aware that in UPI I can create a Token to use in Facebook so that Facebook can POST the data into UPI. I do not know how to:
1)Tell facebook to post the data
2)how to match the fiedls in Facebook forms and UPIcrm
3)Tell UPI that some of the data will come from “Big cars” form and other from “small cars” form.That, if solved, will boost UPIcrm usage tenfold.

From what I`ve seen so far, there might not be a way to recover. In that case, I suggest you implement a way to create backups of data and configuration.
going through the 10-15 forms I have in the site, only 5 are showing leads, when before I used the Import option there used to be plenty more. This is a real problem. I hope future leads do show in the system.
Please do, because is a real problem for us. Too many notifications (500 leads/month, with 10 status available. Imagine the amount of emails recieved when status is updated, comments added, leads reasinged…)
Over 140 notification emails I deleted this week alone.

It seems that in order to see the Actions colum you have to activate it. Actios are, for example, save or delete an entry.

Great!!!! That’s exactly what I needed, regarding the forms! Great work!
As for the emails, I understand that it may not be a priority right now, but it would be nice to have. Changing the emails is a solution, but only halfway. The users will miss other email notifications for other things, and that is a problem.
But we can start working right away with your recent implementation .Thanks a lot!!

It seems that that the feature requested regarding email was not implemented.
The request was to be able to prevent email delivery.
Regarding the forms to be considered, I cannot check the forms I want to include in the lead process and which I do not.
Will you be able to implement this?

I’ve looked into the code a bit, and It seems that the easiest way to control what form submits to consider as leads is to have a DB table where only the Forms I want to import appear.
Then, before adding a lead upon form submit, you’ll have to evaluate if to include it or not. The code line to do that seems to be in the library folder.

There is an option.
In the Lead Management tab there is a dropdown menu that lets you add fields. There are two that might work for you.

Received from
Or
Remote Server Domain
Check those and see if that gives you the info.
