Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [AccessPress Lite] Homepage sections disappearedI did go back to an update from Aug 10 and its back to normal. However, I decided to change the theme altogether. The theme has always been a little weird setup wise. It did the job for a long time being free.
V2.9 came out today but that did not fix it.

In reply to: [AccessPress Lite] Homepage sections disappearedI still have not been able to fix it. Im gonna hold out just a bit for support to respond. Hopefully its an easy fix.
Still not working for me so hopefully soon.
Hello
Well I have the plugin one 2 different sites with different themes. They are both running version 2.0.47.
I founf out when it is happening. When I make a new user, I have it set to automatically send the “Account Welcome Email” template. When this is sent automatically, it does not have the password reset url, only {password_reset_link}. Once a user is made and I resend activation email under the “UM Action” drop-down, the same email template is sent but it has the correct url. This happens exactly the same on both site so I believe it has something to do with the update as it did not do it before.
Temporarily, I will disable sending the automatic email when a user is created and use the resend activation email to send them their first email.
Thanks

In reply to: Visual Editor not showingYou might already know this but if your go to your WordPress profile, there is a checkbox to ” Disable the visual editor when writing” be sure it is unchecked. However, I am still having a problem with only a little bit of the editor showing like in this comment box im typing in right now.
How can I send a private message?
No I dont get any kind of confirmation when they submit….besides the data they sent.
I could leave the default where it takes them to the form providers page and there I can write any html I want. Its just tricky since it is an iframe from another non-wordpress site embedded in a wordpress page. Oh….well. I will play around with CF7 since it can do alot of things.
I could just give them the option to enter their email and I will say “success” and have a shortcode in the CF& email to have the current/date time.
Thanks for the help.
Thanks
I want to keep the confirmation in WordPress. So from the iframe source website, I have the ability to redirect to anypage or just have a message there. SO I can redirect to this new WordPress page, at the top have it say “Your submission has been successful” or something like that. Under that I could have Contact form 7 to say if you want this emailed, put in your email and in the Contact Form 7 settings, I can make it add the current date/time up to milliseconds. The only confirmation number I can think of is using the date time with milliseconds which I can match up to the form submission at the
other website. I could then have Contact Form 7 redirect them back to the Submissions page if they want to do another submission.Under that, I could use a plugin or simple javascript to give them the option to print that page or download as PDF.
Its a little difficulty because the information submitted is medical information and is sent to a secure website through the iframe. I would be unable to put the specific member information in the confirmation email.
Update: I guess Ideally, if the user wants the date/time with a success message email, is it possible to have the whole page emailed as a pdf along with it?
Think that will work?

I want to know also. Can we export export settings in version 1?
Nevermind. On my end, I used WPEngine hosting and they specifically block the ports need for Office 365.
Did you ever get it working?

In reply to: Visual Editor not working in WordPress 4.6 on my laptopThanks Jeff. I had been dealing with the no visual editor tab for awhile and it was simple that I had “Disable the visual editor when writing” check in my user profile.
