Thanks for the advice but I tried disabling all plugins and went to default theme and it still did not work. Now…here is something weird that did work. It my root directory, there was a folder named “contact-us” (same name as contact page), and in that was an html file of my contact page. I do not know how that got there but I deleted it and CF7 is working great. I do not even need an smtp plugin.

I couldn’t get my slider to work under the page settings but it works if you select it under Customizer options.
