As the plugin’s user, I don’t really see a point in that. The affiliate ID’s are public anyway; what’s the problem with someone being able to see them, if he or she can find them in a few minutes anyway? (using proxy servers, for example.) Also, what’s the worst that can happen? Someone will use them and you will earn more?

I’ve just noticed that it happens with AdBlock Plus as well.

I second that. It makes the plugin almost unusable, because after editing more than just one article, the order becomes completely messed up.

I use WordPress 3.5.1 and version 2.4.4 of the plugin.
