I don’t have any membership plugin, while troubleshooting I only had post SMTP, ACF, and default theme activated.
I disabled ACF and updated the user, nothing happens but only when I update the user when ACF is enabled and it triggers a password change notification. I am in touch with ACF, someone else also reported a similar issue with ACF so let’s see.

Thank you for your reply @shinerweb I thought so initially, that it is my saved password but actually it’s not. I tried checking in source code as well as in inspector the value of the field is blank and it has autocomplete “off” see below code.

Also, tried recreating the issue, I created one account, updated it a few times, received an email that the password has been changed, and then I tried to logged-in in private mode with the password I chose when I first created user so the only issue here is notification email, it is not actually changing the password but somehow on user update, something triggers password change email although the password hasn’t been changed.

Hi this premium version givin error 101 while optimizaing images as well when i go to db tab and click any red icon it gives me an error101
