I have not removed any transactions, how would I perform a query to fix this

If you trying to do it on your local computer, Please make sure you have Xampp installed. If you already have Xampp make Apache and MySQL are running. As for the url should then be https://localhost/example/ ??

To install wordpress you should’t open the file. You do it in the browser.

So if you have the files on a server with hosting hosting. type this url in https://example.com/ should bring up a install page what will say there is no configuration yet.

Try the way I just mentioned, If it does not work let me know and I will try to help you work out whats wrong. ??

If you do build a local version of your site please remember most of your links won’t work straight away due to the database. So to make them work, Once you have transferred your database and files be sure to grab this script and follower the instruction it will help you fix the links.

Are you trying to view the files or open just install?
