sorry, i miss out some info, i have upgrade to wordpress 5.2.4, the theme is custom by the previous web developer

it does not support php 7 above, currently is running 5.6,
if i run 7 or 7.3 is say, mysql extension is missing

i have also tried, re-install wp, disable plugin, re-save permalinks, it didnt work

change to default theme, yes, but im not sure where it went wrong.
