OK, So you think the problem is caused by BuddyPress ?

I need to know this too.

it seems define(‘WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE’, true);
and
define( ‘MULTISITE’, true );
are really confuse people when installing, pls someone edit the installation guide.

I finally found the shXt problem caused the super admin no show, it is because the steps first ask you to add a line :
define(‘WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE’, true);

and then after you enable the network, it ask you to add some more lines:
and the first one is:
define( ‘MULTISITE’, true );

They looks very alike and I thought I have already add that one, and pass that line.

Suggest move
define( ‘MULTISITE’, true );
to second line.

I install 3.01 today, and follow all the steps (https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Create_A_Network) exactly, I can not see the super admin menu too.

I can see wp_usermeta and the rest network tables.

I just don’t understand why I can’t see the super admin.

Thanks for miklb Moderator let me know the plugin and it solved my problem.

BTW, my PC use 1024 X 768 and this reply window seems don’t fit.

Why I type html code to search ? Cause I want to know how people
do when they use WP to post an article and he want show some html code on the post, how should we type ?
As I know, if you just type the code, it will not show the code.

I never thought it is a such ez thing to do the WP upgrade, all u need to do is “Make up your mind to do it”, so, everybody else that not upgrading yet, JUST DO IT!!!

Is there a way that we can let users “owns” their own blog ?
I don’t want user A to edit usr B’s blog, I don’t want all their blog message in same blog, I want user A write his own blog and have his own looks and feel, I know it is possibile in Moveable Type, but it seems not in WP, right ? and there is no hack for this ?
