There are number of reasons why a form may be stuck on processing on the front-end when a form is submitted.
- admin-ajax.php may be blocked or throw an error
- A javascript error is present on the page preventing the form from continuing
- etc.
Unfortunately, many of these are difficult to diagnose for users through a public forum so we ask that you submit your support request to https://ninjaforms.com/contact so our team can assist you properly.
We have an issue in for this already. It’s likely because these are the same form and currently Ninja Forms cannot render two of the same form on the same page.
If that is not the case then please submit a support request to https://ninjaforms.com/contact so we can investigate this for you.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Ninja Forms - The Contact Form Builder That Grows With You] checkbox rowsYou’ve added a custom class to get that result. You would just need to rewrite/modify the rule to accomplish this: https://db.tt/e5oZ2qUp1r
Just by lowering that percentage you can fit more per row. Just keep in mind that size is perfect for mobile. Anything else will breakdown very fast.
I am unable to reproduce what you are describing. Can you please submit a support request to https://ninjaforms.com/contact so we can investigate this for you.
At first it sounds like some sort of a javascript conflict with another plugin, but it’s hard to tell with out some deeper troubleshooting.
All requests like this are best to go through our own support system because we will likely need to ask deeper questions than we can on a public forum.
This would require the file uploads add-on and for you to filter the location that files were uploaded to. I don’t have a tutorial readily available, but if you end up purchasing that add-on and submit a request to https://ninjaforms.com/contact we can make sure the developer of that add-on points you in the right direction.
Nothing has changed about how we handle email in that version of Ninja Forms. Our troubleshooting documentation for email issues can be found here: https://ninjaforms.com/docs/troubleshooting-email-problems/
You have to delete the plugin completely from the admin. Deactivating does not run the uninstall script.
Is in the front-end to the back-end of the site?
The issue isn’t with Ninja Forms specifically based in yours and Kevin’s description. To be clear, if the only thing you do is switch to a default theme and deactivate all non-Ninja Forms plugins, do you still see this error?
It appears that in order to assist with this further we will need a ticket in our official support system at https://ninjaforms.com/contact/

I’m sorry you are having an issue with AffiliateWP. I’m certain that if you reached out to them for support that would help you get this issue resolved in a timely manner.
I’m not sure leaving a 1 star review for the product that you did not pay for is the way to get to the team of the product that you sis pay for as we are not related in any way nor do we at Ninja Forms have our own AffiliateWP integration.
As we do know the team behind AffiliateWP we would be happy to act as an advocate on your behalf to try and get your issue resolved. You can reach our support here: https://ninjaforms.com/contact/
