HI Robert, thanks. I had tried that (see above your response), but there is no way to update the blocks. You have to manually edit each text and image box. It’s not the same as the drag and drop features before the last update.

Ok, thanks. So maybe if I duplicate a sent newsletter and then duplicate the duplicated unset newsletter draft it should work? I’ll try that.

Any other suggestions? To be clear, I don’t have the Powerpress player that you can only get if Blubrry is hosting you. I have the generic audio player. If you visit the attached page and click on any of the episodes in the director you will see the generic player. I am attempting to increase the font size of the episode title. I’d also like to have the directory be in numeric order with the most recent show listing as #1.

Hi Shawn, thanks for the info. That’s the page I used to change font color but I’m looking for the specific aspects in my question that I can’t se to figure out. Maybe I missed it in the documentation.

Actually I figured it out. I have to switch back to a draft and then reschedule it. The option appears.

Actually, I think I just “figured it out.” When I duplicated the template, the default of “show image” in the editing portion of each of the fields I dragged and dropped, reverted to NO. I changed it and the featured photos displayed.

There was just a plugin update, so either they fixed it, or it was as simple as selecting the show image option.

I updated the unsubscribe url with {unsubscribe_url} and it takes the person back to the signup page and does not unsubscribe them.

Ok. I keep having problems when i duplicate a newsletter (I had submitted another ticket last week regarding this). I can’t access the code as it appears as if I can’t edit the template anymore. It’s as if it’s locked and nothing can be changed. How can I changed the unsubscribe url or shortcode? In other words where am I supposed to do that?

I looked for the .maintence file as well as called my hosting company and there is no file named that. If my site is not in maintenance mode what else could it be?

Hello. I cleared my cache on my chrome. I’m not getting the error you are. What do I need to do to make sure the plugin update has not gone bad and to take the site out of maintenance mode after the update is complete?
