That might work. However, if we use the same email address for multiple orders, will the users data (address, name etc) not be over written each time and therefore the data will only be correct for the latest order?

Hi Chad,

If you go into an individual event there is a blank white screen (#eut-modal-overlay, .mfp-bg, #eut-loader-overflow). If you remove it using the inspector the page is shown but the masthead image is blank (not loading) and the footer missing.

I’ve tried it in Chrome and Safari but not working.

I’m the event template: Default event template.
The other templates work but they don’t allow me to have a masthead with a feature image.

I suspect this might be a conflict with the theme which is Fildisi (2.3.8) with a custom child theme.

After looking into this more it seems to be a Div (eut-loader-overflow) which is over the top of everything and is plain white. If I hide this layer with CSS the page loads but the header (feature image) is not shown. I think the new update is blocking the feature image and therefore the Div is not faded out on pageload? I’m using WpBakery if that helps?

I never got any support back so switched to a different plugin in the end. We went for Magic Zoom Plus settings + Magic 360. Pricey but solved our issues!

That fixed the alignment issue but now I have a strange background going on! I think its the link effect from the last timeline post? Any ideas?
