I am not using any plugin for GA. It is just the metascript on the header code, nothing more.

OK, now i realize Google Analytics does not work after modifying the parameters.
Dont know why.

Which option should i keep it active?:Leave it as it is
Remove the Google Fonts
Combine and link in the header (fonts load fast but block page loading), includes display:swap.
Merge and deferred link in header (fonts load late but do not block presentation), includes display:swap.
Merge and load fonts asynchronously with webfont.js (obsolete)

What i would like to have is a good loading speed to get a proper good value on pagespeed insights from google.

Its working if I add: wp-content/plugins

with wp-content/themes is not working

I think I fix it right?

wp-includes/js/dist/, wp-includes/js/tinymce/, js/jquery/jquery.js

Thanks for the fast reply. I have tried with proof/error and what I see is web is working properly (pictures loading) only deactivating JS optimization. With rest (HTML or CSS) they have no influence.

Now my fear is, what should I do if I want JS optimization from the plugin?
