I have no other plugins that deal with the product image activated. Any other ideas?

I would love to use this plugin but it doesn’t work with one of ThemeForest’s number one selling themes, The Retailer.

Any idea why?

My website address is https://www.jewelryjuly.com. But I am not using the plugin because it is not displaying correctly and it will compromise the integrity of my site.

As you can see the single product image and the thumbs are showing up twice. Other that than the plugin works great. Any chance you can solve the problem?

lordrieger, wanna tell me a bit about what your running the magnifier on and maybe we can figure this out ourselves?

I’m running yith with the Retailer by GetBowtied. The single product image still shows when I active the Yith zoom plugin.

I really need to get this going. Where are you at with it? Any progress?

Nothing. Nobody uses this support forum I guess.

I really need to figure out why this is happening. I need to go back and re-crop all my product photos as they are not big enough for this plugin to work properly. I don’t want to do it unless I’m sure I can fix this problem. Anyone with any help?
