Further more, can you please also try clearing various caches on your site by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Tools (same place as where you clear transients). From there, can you please:
- Clear template cache.
Additionally, if you have a caching plugin installed, please clear any site’s cache using it.

Regarding navigating to WooCommerce > Home, can you please provide a bit more details – are you able to interact with Home page or are you getting a blank screen/something else? Where do you see the error logged?
Regarding cart issue – it seems like it can be theme related. Do you have ability to switch theme to either Twenty Twenty Five or Storefront to see if the issue is resolved?

Until version 9.3, shipping calculations were done perfectly, I have them set to be free from €99 and if not, they are €14.95
With version 9.3 it does not changed the method and always charges the customer with shipping costs even when the orders exceed €99.I just tried to reproduce this case and everything is working as expected on my end with WooCommerce 9.3.1.

There are multiple ways of hiding other shipping methods when “Free Shipping” is available. I use this plugin on my test site WC Hide Shipping Methods.

It looks like the error is coming from the Analytics section but we are not able to reproduce it so far which makes it difficult for us to fix.
Can you please try to narrow it down and see what actions trigger it? Maybe you often perform any search in analytics?

Thanks for reporting! I am not able to reproduce this issue with WooCommerce 8.7 – the stock is being reduced as expected (e.g. from 10 to 9) after placing an order – please see the screenshot below:
As a next step, I recommend doing plugins and themes conflict check to isolate the issue and understand what is causing it.

I’ve looked into the issue you reported and was not able to reproduce it so far.
I’ve tested using WooCommerce 8.5.2 on the site with no additional plugins installed running Twenty Twenty Four theme.
I took the steps you outlined. Everything is working as expected on my end starting from Step 7 – please see gif below:

Once I completed Step 9, I went back to the front end and saw all the variations still present there along with the prices:
In your system status report, I see that you have many plugins installed on your site and that you are using a custom theme.
You likely know the process from here, we need to first troubleshoot for plugins and themes conflict – here is a documentation on how to do it: https://woo.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.
Please run the plugin conflict first to confirm that the issue is isolated to WooCommerce Core specifically or to any other plugin/theme and we will take it from there. Thank you!

Can you please provide us with more details about the issue? Were you able to capture screenshot of the notice/error you saw? What WordPress functionality was breaking exactly?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with orders being deleted. Can you please confirm what version of WooCommerce you updated to?
Can you please also let us know if you have enabled “High performance order storage” option via WooCommerce>Settings>Advanced/Features/Data storage for orders? If so, have you had it enabled prior to updating your site?
